REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Room/B&B Booking:
We require a 50% advance deposit at the time of room reservation. The balance must be cleared at least seven days prior to the guest arrival date. The following amounts will be retained against cancellation, as follows:
21 days prior to Check-in date: No cancellation charge.
21 to 7 days prior to Check-in date: 25% of total room tariff will be retained as cancellation charge.
7 to 3 days prior to Check-in date: 50% of total room tariff will be retained as cancellation charge.
Less than 3 days prior to Check-in date: 75% of the total room tariff will be retained as cancellation charge.
Less than 24 hrs prior to Check-in date: 100% of the total room tariff will be retained as cancellation charge.
Meal Booking:
We require a 50% advance deposit at the time of reservation for your pre-booked meal experience. The following amounts will be retained against cancellation, as follows:
Any day prior to the booking date: 25% of total meal booking charge.
Same day as the booking date: 50% of total meal booking charge.
Venue Rentals:
We require a 50% advance deposit at the time of venue reservation. The following amounts will be retained against cancellation, as follows
WEDDINGS:
6 months or more: No cancellation charge.
4-6 months: 25% of total venue charges*.
1-4 months: 50% of total venue charges*.
1 month or less: 100% of the total venue charges*.

Please note that these cancellation charges are for direct bookings only. We do not have a separate refund policy for bookings made through OTAs such as Booking.com, AirBnb, etc.
